HIGHRISE CONDOS
The Harrison at 500 Ridout Street North, London, Ontario has over 150 units, 11 different suite styles, fitness room, saunas, party rooms, guest rooms, and rooftop patios. Ramona’s cleaned the entire building including exterior balcony windows, and underground garage, maintained all sales offices and model units until the building was fully leased.
The Pomroy Place II located at 885 Southdale Road West, London, Ontario. Ramona’s cleaned 196 units, and all amenities located on the property, and sales office and model units. This project was ongoing for 12 consecutive months and sales office cleaning continued after construction cleaning services finished.
ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS
Ramona’s was contracted to do the final cleaning of the new student lounge located at the University of Western Ontario. Interior of the student lounge and interior and glazing was cleaned. Several types of flooring, stage, and multilevel with a glass incased second floor gallery, all cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom by our company. Furthermore, all the glass dividers, and railings were cleaned.
Fanshawe College Canadian Centre for Product Validation, 2555 Bonder Road, London Ontario. Approximate size is 20,000 square feet. Ramona’s was contracted to do two post construction cleans of this building, first clean was a intensive cleaning of all surface areas, and the second clean took place closer to the official opening of the building and was a surface clean with extensive floor cleaning done using a high speed burnisher. Summer 2016

Ramona’s was contracted to do a full construction clean of the brand new Detailing Centre that Honda London added to their existing dealership. The garage was increased to approximately 9,400 square feet. Additionally two months after the garage was completed Ramona’s did the post construction cleaning of the office space that was build on top of the new Detailing Centre which was approximately 8,500 square feet. All 9,400 square feet of the concrete floors of the Detailing Centre were hand scrubbed, scrapped free of debris and extensively buffed to remove all marks of construction work. Summer 2016.
Ramona's was contracted to do a full post construction cleaning of this brand new addition to Kal Tire on Enterprise Drive. Winter 2017.
